Buying on line from Award was a good experience. The items arrived in reasonable time.
The only disappointment was that the anodes I purchased on special for $18 for Suburban hot water unit were only 2/3 the length (shorter lifespan) of the genuine item, so they turned out to not really be a special after all.
Other than this I was happy with my purchases.
