I placed an order for two items on 5 Aug, I received email advice on 6 Aug stating that both had shipped TOGETHER.. One item was delivered within a week. No sign of the second item, but all the paperwork stated that the two items were shipped together, with just one E-parcel tracking #. I checked my credit card a/c, both items had been charged.
I emailed RV and Kate replied promptly on Saturday 8 Aug, "One of my colleagues will contact you on Monday".
No-one contacted me, so I rang on Tues 11th, 13th and 17th, speaking to Richard, and then twice to David. Each time I requested an email to confirm that RV still had the missing item on order for me.
By 18 Aug I STILL had NOT received any email: out of desperation, I logged on to my Award RV a/c: a new no-charge back-order had been entered on 12 Aug, but no-one bothered to tell me.
The missing item eventually arrived today 31 Aug, three weeks late: there was NO shipping docket enclosed.
I'm not happy. Award RV are at the bottom of my list of preferred suppliers.
