I find the information to be very relevant, I personally identified alot of the communications portion to be very relevant to my situation and reflective of my own shortcomings. The course allowed me to do alot of refection of my own behavior and processing techniques and I plan to keep using it as an ongoing reference and guide. Every time I go back and listed to the modules I find a new tool to help me. I would absolutely recommend this for all new parents. Even just having it as a basis to have meaningful conversations around is very helpful.
