Customer service was a little disappointing. Once I placed the order, it was discovered that my house number was incorrect. I immediately emailed the customer service because no real telephone number was provided or offered. Despite all my efforts, no one took the effort to call the shipping vender to amend the order. I ended up befriending my FedEx driver to be on the lookout for it. If it wasn’t for my own initiative, the pillow would likely have been returned to you undelivered.
