Hi, My emails regarding course questions never seemed to be recieved by the tutor so I have given up and I am now asking google questions instead. I has the tutor a question about exams next date but he never replied to me with a full answer incuding what time I will be taking the exam etc which is delaying everything. The helpline is suppose to be open from 9am-5pm but when I ring early in the morning at 9am-9.30am most of the time i have experienced the answer machine. For the price I have paid I don't think i'm getting that much service. But, i must admit i am enjoying learning and reading this course it's just lacking tutor support.
