The boots arrived very promptly and I really liked the look of them. Unfortunately they didn't quite fit my feet and I sent them back the same day. Within 2 days I received an email acknowledging receipt of the boots and saying that my refund was being processed. The refund was back in my account that day.
So although I didnt keep the boots the purchase and subsequent return and refund couldnt have been more efficient.
