I ordered a size 6, my usual size but they were too big. I phoned and the very nice girl answering the phone was extremely helpful. Sent them back for a size 5. The turnaround was amazing. I had a discount code for new year and used that originally. I presumed, wrongly, that I would lose that but no, also the postage to return the boots and send back new order wasn’t charged. Amazing company and one I would recommend.
