Sadly the boots that I ordered were a little too big. No half sizes available and the size down was out of stock.
That being said, the boots arrived within a day of being ordered. Customer service were helpful when I called them about perhaps ordering a replacement. In the end, I decided to return for a refund. That was also dealt with swiftly.
