My Chicago waterproof boots arrived very quickly. Excellent quality and very comfortable. I have all sorts of problems with my feet and it is very exciting to have found a pair of boots that are wide enough, with a roomy toe box, and also so stylish! A return, for another pair which were just too small, was dealt with very promptly. I am so impressed with both the quality of the boots and the excellent customer service. Thank you!
