I emailed this company about their waterproof boots and I received a prompt and thorough and friendly reply. I ordered the boots. Sadly the boots themselves, whilst well made, were much to wide and deep in the foot for me. I do have quite a flat instep, and narrow heels, but they were so wide even 2 pairs of thick socks wouldn't stop my feet clattering about in them. Perhaps a choice of width fittings would be a good idea? As I say they seemed well made and customer service was excellent.
