Both pairs of boots I’ve ordered were exceptionally well made, comfortable and fit true to size. Not quite right for me sadly, but I wanted to say, how very impressed I was with the returns process, so convenient and easy, no messing about online or anything else, just tick a box, seal the package and stick on the prepaid return label, not even any cello tape involved, impressive!
