Lovely boots and great service. Ordered 2 different styles as I was undecided which ones I wanted, kept one pair (Windsors) and returned the others using their free returns service. Refund was processed immediately and in my bank the next day. Wore my boots for the first time today. Gorgeous leather and very comfy. I had previously worn the same brand of boot for over 25 years but am now a Bareback convert. Will be coming back for some winter boots later in the year
