Have been looking for new boots for some time. Discovered Bareback Footwear through an online search and called in as happened to be nearby. Chloe could not have been more helpful and patient advising which boots would best suit my needs and preferences. She is so knowledgeable. There is a huge choice. I tried on lots of boots and in the end had five pairs to choose from. I came away with two pairs, both waterproof and very comfortable. There are great quality inner soles to add or change if desired. My husband also bought a pair. I could have easily ordered online but was delighted to have been able to spend time in the little shop that stocked every line. A complete game changer for me was to also buy a bootjack. It makes such an easy job of helping save my arthritic hands get boots and shoes off - amazing piece of equipment. The bamboo socks are lovely too. Now… what to buy next!
