Every blind was spot on in size, colour and timing was earlier than the expected 10 working days. John was an excellent communicator through emails. No phone calls. My only wish was that I would have liked to send photos of the windows has I had a wooden bar in the middle of one which makes it difficult to fit. Great value and quality.
