Hi, The price and quality of products are good. Delivery and communication could be much better. I had a product delivered to the wrong address and was assured it was just still to be delivered despite the fact that I had an email saying they had been delivered. The neighbour 3 km down the road brought them to me luckily. I also needed to return 2 blinds due to my incorrect measurements, they responses were quite slow and it would be very helpful if there was a customer phone number. One of the blinds I have recieved is not working on the open and shut function and cord just pulls through can you please advice if needs to be returned or if you can guide me on how to get it working?
