I have to say that Tony was fabulous. From our initial conversation, he explained the whole process of conducting a building survey. He arranged a date and time directly with the vendor and I received the written report within 24 hours. Tony called me to run through everything and answer any questions. The written report was clear and extremely detailed, leaving no stone unturned. I would highly recommend Basegate Surveyors without any hesitation.
