Excellent Customer Service!
There was an issue with the delivery of my hamper. The fault lies with the delivery company rather than Baxters. However, within a hour of bringing the issue to the attention of Baxters I received a call from a very pleasant lady called Yvonne who sorted everything out!
I have never received better customer service from any company and at this busy time of the year.
I will be a regular customer from now on!
