I was very disappointed
I ordered the hamper in plenty time for Christmas
The hamper arrived 28 th December
They did not get it for Christmas
I was offered £5 refund which I was totally humiliated with
To say the least I never expected this service from Baxter’s
Do hope you can do something else to soften the disappointment
Kind regards and do hope all your staff enjoyed Christmas and how a rest after a very busy time
