Ordered as a Christmas present for my brother. Unfortunately, the original hamper was left on the front step whilst his house was empty - even though delivery required a signature. Sadly, when he returned the hamper had been taken. However, when reported to Baxters I received a call from a lovely, and professional, lady who immediately ordered a replacement that arrived two days later. The customer service I received was first class. Sadly, in business things sometimes go wrong but it is the measure of a company how they respond to customer feedback. Many companies I have dealt with could learn from Baxters and I will certainly deal with them in the future.
