Products and delivery was good but I was supposed to get the delivery on the Monday and had waited in for it. When it got to 4.00 in the afternoon I rang up to ask if it was still being delivered that day and was told it could come up to 5.00. It was finally delivered the next day at about 11.00 a.m.
I think you could improve the communication as it was likely the driver knew he wouldn't complete the deliveries on the Monday.
This is the second time this has happened
