Received really quickly and all supplies high quality. One gripe was that the Fastfix Postcrete is ordered wasn’t sent, instead I received a different one which was also fast, but was £1 per bag cheaper. I was not contacted by the branch or sent any comms to discuss availability. As such I had effectively been overcharged but I had to reach out to the customer contact to get this corrected. Very helpful agent resolved the issue immediately - I will use Beatsons again as I trust them and their brand. Excellent service.
