Paid order six weeks ago, did not hear anything, did not receive anything, until I tried to find out what was happening. Was met by staff of Beauty Disrupted who send me an apparent standard apology-email offering me free shipping next time. When I replied I did not want free standard shipping but the order I paid for long time ago, the staff found my tone of voice aggressive......Quite judgemental, Beauty Disrupted.....and quite the opposite of they want to make you believe. Enfin, still stuck without my (paid) order....
