Bought these in size M UK 5/6 as a Christmas present for my girlfriend who is a size 6 and they are too small. The product sizing appears to be inaccurate. However the slippers are top quality, stylish and well made which only added to our disappointment. Now left with no alternative other than to return incurring additional P&P. Question is do we opt to exchange only for it to happen again !?!
