A straightforward ordering process and reasonably prompt delivery (Royal mail do seem to have been struggling recently). Sadly the slipper boots, which came in sizes such as 7/8 or 9/10, were too big and one kept falling off. A pity because I liked them, they were just what I wanted. A refund appears to have been organised very efficiently. Although this time I didn?t find what I was wanted I would happily shop again.
