Ordered botee slippers for my daughter. However they were faulty due to bad stitching. I rang and Declan rang back within minutes, apologising and gave me e-mail who would deal with matters. The next day a nice lady e_mailed to say another pair were ordered and would be sent with prepaid returns label. Few days later new slippers arrived. Whilst I had a faulty pair the speed and mannerism of staff meant that the matter was dealt with efficiently. I would have no trouble recommending or using this company again
