Usually great (I've had many pairs) but these are rather uncomfortable at the back where the heels go. Can't adjust them or get them to sit right. With everything going on, I really can't be bothered to send them back (I threw out my old pair) and cannot survive this old house without slippers! They are lovely so 3.5 stars is probably fair Update: I cannot believe I forgot to update the review. They sent me a new pair, which were perfect, thank you so much. Alas, one year later they need replacing, so I'll be heading over and ordering yet another pair :)
