I had ordered the size of the slippers incorrectly and returned them seeking an exchange. The correct colour were not available in the size that I sought but I received a personal phone call from a lovely assistant from Wales, working from home to ask what choice of colour I needed. Very good personal customer service that I am grateful for. The order has been despatched again via Royal Mail. Thanks
