Great product but customer service not great currently. I have placed 3 orders in the past that have all been fine but the latest one not so much, sizing is very off so if in doubt go bigger. I sent back my slippers for an exchange, this was sent a week and a half ago, first class so should have realistically had my new pair by now. I have nothing and have heard nothing, I've emailed and chased twice and not heard anything either time. I will give it to the 2 week mark and then will look at getting the charge reversed and will order new slippers elsewhere
