Brilliant company to deal with. I ordered a pair of slipper boots which arrived well within time advised. Unfortunately one of the zips on one if the boots was faulty.I reported this to customer service, they asked me to send a picture if the fault with a brief description. Within 24 hours I received a phone call apologing for the problem and an assurance that a replacement pair would be hastily dispatched. I received the second pair within days, another great touch is I also received a link to detailed care instructions to maximise thei lifespan. The boots are of a great quality and aeevgratvgakye for the price.
