Really disappointed with the new incarnation of a good design. I was really happy with the 1st pair I had for years. The foot was held in the slipper by a heel support, the new design has no support and my foot constantly slips out. Also the round heel pad has a tendency to roll the foot. I did not keep the packaging as was confident with the brand so no chance of a refund I’m guessing?
