As a loyal NZ resident, I am always mindful of purchasing local and supporting local. After seeing some on the merchandise online (i.e. hoodies) I knew that I had to purchase one, which I did in early October. Unfortunately that was over a month ago now and I am very disappointed with the slow ordering process as I still have not received my order yet.
I would really appreciate that this matter get sorted otherwise I would like a full refund of $120.00.
