I had ordered 2 custom frames (separate orders on separate dates), the first arrived in perfect condition, the second frame unfortunately arrived with some damage on one of the corners, I contacted Best4Frames and they promptly sent out a replacement frame which I received a few days later without issue. I intend to order more custom frames in the new year and I have no doubt that my experience will be a good one. As a side note - I like the ordering page for custom frames but it would be nice to be able to upload a picture as well, similar to the 'print and frame' page showing a preview of your picture and frame/ mount etc choices - Even though it's possible to use the print and frame page to still get a preview. Overall, a great experience for me.
