Ordered on line Tuesday..custom made mounts and frames + Nielson standard frames....all delivered Friday of same week.Postage costs were minimal. Had to make telephone query about acrylic face and was patiently talked through my problem which in reality did not exist! Customer service was unfailingly pleasant and polite throughout. Service at all levels was superb. I cannot make high enough recommendation for this company. I will not price compare in future but go straight to Best4frames for frames and mounts.
