Framed picture was delivered as requested, well packaged to prevent any damage. It has a little thing on the back to let it hang on walls (screw/nail etc). Only possible area for service-improvement might be an option for one of those things on the back that lets you stand it upright on a table etc. I don't think the seller misled about that at all, it just wasn't entirely clear what would be on the back of pic, though I admittedly didn't investigate exhaustively.
