Needed a frame for a piece of art that wasn't a standard size, so went looking for a custom frame. The process of choosing the frame etc was hassle free with a wide range of colours and materials etc. Ordered the frame with quicker delivery. It wasn't dispatched for a while. I contacted the company and their response was fast, with excellent customer service. I was informed there were staffing issues, hence why my order wasn't being processed but the lady said she'd put a note on my order for the frame to be cut and packaged the following day and it was. The frame arrived on time for when I needed it for. The frame itself was good quality although not quite worth what I paid but I expected custom to be more expensive. It looks smart on the wall and fits the art perfectly.
