I have ordered multiple bespoke mounts all of which have been perfect but this time I also ordered some ‘off the shelf’ frames which were slightly unusual sizes. On receipt, they weren’t suitable and I was able to return them as they were in original packaging and a full refund was issued within a couple of days of posting.
