I ordered 2 wooden Nielsen frames, which were quickly despatched. Despite very careful and protective packaging, the smaller of the frames was damaged on arrival. I notified Customer Service and a replacement was sent out quickly and arrived intact. I would definitely buy from Best4frames again - they had the frame style I wanted at a competitive price.
