I had a fantastic experience with this company. I ordered 7 frames but the glass on a few had cracked when they arrived. I emailed about this & received a response almost immediately to say they would send out new frames. These arrived the following morning. Frames are beautiful & would not hesitate to order from this company again due to excellent customer service.
