For me one of the best indicators of good customer service is how well a company deals with (occasionally inevitable) mistakes. Have procured around 20 frames from Best4frames recently and they have all been delivered on time and precisely as ordered. However two items were missing from my last order: Best4frames responded very quickly and the missing items were delivered two days later, with no fuss. I can now achieve the competition submission date for my prints. Excellent response from Best4frames, and will definitely continue to use them.
