The first bespoke frame I ordered was a little warped. When I messaged to query this, I was told a replacement would be sent and sure enough it arrived the next day. I then ordered a whole load of other frames. The timescales for delivery were longer due to Xmas and Covid, however, these did arrive quicker than expected. Nice quality, reasonable price, great customer service. Would recommend and will use again.
