We all know transactions when everything goes well and it's all 'for granted'. It's those hopefully rare ones when it doesn't when you can sort the good from the 'less so'. On this occasion the carrier damaged the picture frames in transit. A combination of COVID factors at play, I guess. Anyway, the individuals at Best4Frames most certainly went the extra mile to sort out the needed replacements as swiftly as they humanly could. Full marks.
