Great overall user experience. I really like being able to create bespoke picture and frame combinations, and to be able to increase / decrease the size and see how the image quality is affected. My order was processed quickly and the frames were packed very well. Also, a minor issue was noticed with regard to one of the picture mounts. I notified Best4Frames and they very quickly organised things to rectify the matter.
