Very good communication and excellent mounts. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I found it quite complicated getting the size I wanted, which was a simple 5"x5" mount to fit an 8" x 8" frame. Because they add 3mm on every side so it properly overlaps, I had to work out 5"-3mm on every edge, it made me go quite cross-eyed. (If they had an option not to add the 3mm that would be helpful.) However always worth it in the end and I ordered a big batch last time so I'm set.
