I purchased a few frames online only to be told by an automated email later on that they wont be delivered until two weeks after the initial delivery date due to stock issues. I called up to complain and a lovely lady called Sarah found me the closest alternative (which was an upgrade), agreed to cover the price difference and ensured they were delivered on time. Because of this excellent customer service I'm happy to give 5 stars. The product was also excellent, and packaged very well and efficiently that ensured these fragile items arrived intact without the tonnes of cardboard and plastic waste you usually get, which was nice. Fully recommend.
