A nearly perfect and very streamlined process. The tech and design is good, the pricing is competitive. I don't know if the exact materials are predetermined by the state, it did get a bit repetitious. I believe the FAQs state about a 2-hour average to complete, but that now seems overly optimistic. Had to take the final exam twice, but was unsure why. There was never any notification, just a re-appearance of the sign-in, then was presented with the same test again, which I answered exactly the same....but passed this time and was properly forwarded to the next steps to run the gauntlet of add-on offers, pay and sign out.
