The traffic school was fine. The material was easy to follow. The reason for the 4 stars is that they were not up front about additional costs. You only find out that at the end. The initial plug says it's only $19.99 to do the school program, but at the end other costs can be added. The costs are optional, but you're made to feel like everything may not be processed correctly if you opt out of the addtional fee. I just wish they would be clear at the outset or take the pressure off at the end.
