In terms of the educational experience, this webpage was easy to navigate and had audio tools so you can listen and learn while making breakfast, cleaning, etc. The information was useful and relevant. My only suggestion for improvement is to not have any hidden fees at the end (e.g. - the extra money to ensure that the information is sent to the courts). I would rather be charged more from the beginning of the process than to be surprised at the end, especially for a service that you should already provide (proof that courts receive completion of the course). But otherwise, good price and service.
