They didn't send the certfiicate to DMV and/or court. Or if they did, it got misplaced because I still had to go to court to present it. Waste of my day. To pay extra (min. $6.99) to have them send a proof of submission is just a hard sale. And when on top of that they don't even do what they're supposed to (sending certificate to DMV and/or court), then it's just a waste of my time. I'm sure there are other services who will make sure your case is complete and you don't have to appear in court to proof that you, in fact, pass your certificate at your traffic school.
