Overall, the actual class and online material were great, very user-friendly. However, the pricing that they promote is VERY misleading. They advertise the class for $27.99, and you don't pay until the end when you pass. Then, at the end, the $27.99 price more than doubles when they add in the certificate fee and processing fee and more, to the tune of $64.37. By this time, you have already invested the time to take the class and pass, so they really put you in a tough position, pay us the higher price, or start all over again with another service. My guess is this is done intentionally, as most people will pay the higher price, but it is a little underhanded. So buyers beware and know the lower price they advertise is NOT what you will end up paying.
