The program was acceptable. However, you are ripping off those who chose to use it because when it reaches the end and it's time to pay you have extra charges that say they are optiional, but there is no way to prevent those charges. That is dishonest. In legal terms (I am an attorney) it is fraud. I will write to the DMV about this fault in your program and invite, indeed encourage, an investigation. You have many competitors and you trap customers into your site by advertising how inexpensive you are. You should be ashamed of yourself. There are better ways to differentiate your program than lying to the public.
